1- Under Bust: Using a measuring tape, Measure around your chest just below the swell of your breast. Make sure the tape measure is tight, but not to much tight.
This measurement is your low bust, as shown by the red line in the diagram of Image down.

2- Hip Measurement: To measure the hip we must find the widest part of it, always keeping in mind that our legs - even the heels - must be together. This area of the hip is usually between 15 and 20 centimeters lower than the waist measurement.

3- Wiink’s bikinis run small! Consider sizing up, especially in the bottoms. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery of the order takes 2/3 business days after delivery of the order (only applies to shipments within the peninsula, shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). We will contact you if there is a delay in the delivery of your order. We allow changes after the order has been placed. 

How much will I pay for the delivery service?

The shipping cost is not included in the prices of the products. It is calculated once you indicate the destination:

Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria): from 5€ to € 7.00
Shipping is free of charge for orders over € 120 for Spain

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for all in-stock items international shipping within the EU which typically takes up to 2/3 or  5/6 business days. We are different Options

2) For countries like America, Australia, New Caldonia ... the shipping cost is from €24.00, which typically takes up to 4/5 business days.

3) For All anothers Countries ... We have different shipping options, from Pick up to Delivery to your home, depending on the country and the postal code, prices vary.

PLEASE NOTE: All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. What happens when I am not present when the courier makes the delivery?

The first time the courier tries to deliver the order, he tries to call the phone number. Your order will be canceled after another attempted delivery and delivery reimbursed for the total amount paid without including the shipping cost. What do I do if my order does not arrive? If 7 business days have passed and your order has not yet arrived, contact us at info@wiinkbcn.com.

RETURNS:

When can you return a product?

If you have BUY a product on Sale or with some Discount Coupons, you CANNOT return it.

If you suspect a defect in your order

Wiink stands behind all of her products. If you think a product has a workmanship or material flaw within 10 days of purchase, please email a photo to info@wiinkbcn.com and we will take a look. Some things that do NOT fall under manufacturer's defect involve.

What should I do to RETURNS?

• You assumed the costs of returning the product
• Prepare the package using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition as it was sent, with the labels and unused.

How much time do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 15 business days after receipt of the order. Orders on order cannot be returned.

Do I have to pay something to return my items?

You will bear the costs of returning the product. We will only assume the shipping cost if it is due to problems with the quality of the product or when you received the wrong order.

When and how do I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, a confirmation email is received indicating that the payment has been deposited into your account within a few days. We will send you an email confirming the amount you will receive. Shipping costs are reimbursed only when Wiink is responsible for the return of the order. Right of withdrawal
According to European Union legislation, customers have 15 business days, orders have the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal of the order. If this is the case, follow the instructions indicated above.
