1- Debajo del busto: Usando una cinta métrica, mida alrededor de su pecho justo debajo de la hinchazón del mismo. Asegúrese de que la cinta métrica esté bien ajustada, pero no demasiado.
Esta medida es su busto bajo, como se muestra en la línea roja del diagrama de Imagen abajo.

2- Medición de la cadera: Para medir la cadera debemos encontrar la parte más ancha de la misma, siempre teniendo en cuenta que nuestras piernas - incluso los talones - deben estar juntos. Esta zona de la cadera suele estar entre 15 y 20 centímetros más baja que la medida de la cintura.

If you live in Barcelona, you can pick up your order at our collection point in Barceloneta for FREE: Calle Marques de la Mina 11, 6-1, 08003, Barcelona, Spain.

¿Cuánto tiempo tardará en llegar mi pedido?

Delivery usually takes 2/3 business days after dispatch (only applies to shipments within mainland Spain; shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).

We will contact you if there is any delay in processing or shipping your order.

We allow changes after the order has been placed.

¿Cuánto pagaré por el servicio de entrega?

We offer different shipping solutions, from Pick-Up In Store, Standard and Express Shipping.

Shipping cost is not included in product prices. It is automatically calculated once you indicate the destination.

Spain (Peninsula): from €3.70
Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria): from €5.00 to €7.00

Shipping is free for orders over €120 within Spain.

¿Hacen envíos internacionales?

Yes, for all in-stock items we offer international shipping within the EU, which typically takes between 2/3 and 5/6 business days depending on destination.

For countries such as America, Australia, New Caledonia and similar destinations, shipping starts from €27.00 and usually takes approximately 4/5 business days.

For all other countries, we offer different shipping options depending on destination country and postal code.

PLEASE NOTE:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined solely by local customs authorities.

We cannot predict the amount of duties or taxes that may apply.

¿Qué sucede cuando no estoy presente cuando el mensajero hace la entrega?

The courier will normally attempt delivery and may contact you using the phone number provided during checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple delivery attempts or if the package is not collected, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, refund of the order amount may be issued excluding shipping costs already incurred.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If 7 business days have passed and your order has not yet arrived, please contact us at info@wiinkbcn.com.

Shipping costs are reimbursed only when WIINK BCN is responsible for the return of the order (incorrect product, defective product, damaged product, etc.).

Shipping ADDRESS

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address is provided and this prevents successful delivery, Wiink BCN will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including, but not limited to, address correction fees, reshipping costs, return shipping fees, or any other charges applied by the shipping carrier.

If the order is returned to Wiink BCN due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may request a new shipment after paying the applicable shipping costs or request a refund for the purchased products. In this case, the original shipping costs and any additional costs resulting from the failed delivery will not be refunded, as the issue was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, including these shipping terms.

Si sospecha que hay un defecto en su pedido

WIINK BCN stands behind all of its products.

If you believe a product has a manufacturing or material defect within 10 days of purchase, please email photos to info@wiinkbcn.com and we will review the issue.

Please note that certain types of damage do NOT qualify as manufacturing defects.

What should I do to return an item?

Go to your nearest Post Office or any shipping company (Seur, MRW, DHL, etc.)

You assume the cost of returning the product.

Prepare the package using the original packaging in which the order was sent.

The item must be returned unused, in original condition, with labels attached.

All returns must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

Products made specifically on request or legally exempt products may not be eligible for return.

We only cover shipping costs when the return is caused by product defects, quality issues, or shipping errors attributable to WIINK BCN.

Certain Pre-Order products may be manufactured specifically upon customer request.
