1- Under Bust: Using a measuring tape, Measure around your chest just below the swell of your breast. Make sure the tape measure is tight, but not to much tight.
This measurement is your low bust, as shown by the red line in the diagram of Image down.

2- Hip Measurement: To measure the hip we must find the widest part of it, always keeping in mind that our legs - even the heels - must be together. This area of the hip is usually between 15 and 20 centimeters lower than the waist measurement.

3- Wiink’s bikinis run small! Consider sizing up, especially in the bottoms. Shipping time: Barcelona City 24/72 hours; Peninsula 3/4 working days; Europe 5/6 business days.

If you live in Barcelona, you can pick up your order at our collection point in Barceloneta for FREE: Calle Marques de la Mina 11, 6-1, 08003, Barcelona, Spain.

Complete your purchase and then send us an email (info@wiinkbcn.com) or WhatsApp (+34 648815771) requesting collection at our pick-up point and we will refund the shipping costs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery usually takes 2/3 business days after dispatch (only applies to shipments within mainland Spain; shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).

We will contact you if there is any delay in processing or shipping your order.

We allow changes after the order has been placed.

How much will I pay for the delivery service?

IMPORTANT:

We offer different shipping solutions, from Pick-Up In Store, Standard and Express Shipping.

Shipping cost is not included in product prices. It is automatically calculated once you indicate the destination.

Spain (Peninsula): from €3.70
Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria): from €5.00 to €7.00

Shipping is free for orders over €120 within Spain.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for all in-stock items we offer international shipping within the EU, which typically takes between 2/3 and 5/6 business days depending on destination.

For countries such as America, Australia, New Caledonia and similar destinations, shipping starts from €27.00 and usually takes approximately 4/5 business days.

For all other countries, we offer different shipping options depending on destination country and postal code.

PLEASE NOTE:

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined solely by local customs authorities.

We cannot predict the amount of duties or taxes that may apply.

What happens when I am not present when the courier makes the delivery?

The courier will normally attempt delivery and may contact you using the phone number provided during checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple delivery attempts or if the package is not collected, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, refund of the order amount may be issued excluding shipping costs already incurred.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If 7 business days have passed and your order has not yet arrived, please contact us at info@wiinkbcn.com.

Shipping costs are reimbursed only when WIINK BCN is responsible for the return of the order (incorrect product, defective product, damaged product, etc.).

If you suspect a defect in your order

WIINK BCN stands behind all of its products.

If you believe a product has a manufacturing or material defect within 10 days of purchase, please email photos to info@wiinkbcn.com and we will review the issue.

Please note that certain types of damage do NOT qualify as manufacturing defects.

What should I do to return an item?

Go to your nearest Post Office or any shipping company (Seur, MRW, DHL, etc.)

You assume the cost of returning the product.

Prepare the package using the original packaging in which the order was sent.

The item must be returned unused, in original condition, with labels attached.

How much time do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

Products made specifically on request or legally exempt products may not be eligible for return.

Do I have to pay something to return my items?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We only cover shipping costs when the return is caused by product defects, quality issues, or shipping errors attributable to WIINK BCN.

When and how do I receive my refund?

Once the returned product has been received and approved, a confirmation email will be sent.

The refund will be processed using the original payment method within a few business days.

Right of withdrawal

According to European Union consumer protection legislation, customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Pre-Order products

Certain Pre-Order products may be manufactured specifically upon customer request.

In such cases, products purchased under Pre-Order may not be eligible for return or exchange where legally exempt under applicable consumer protection law.
