What is a Pre-Order?

Our pre-order or Pre-Order system means that we produce an item JUST for YOU. This method also avoids pointless Material waste.

The advantage of Pre-Order is that we can offer you a discount for pre-order, you will have to wait up to indicated date to receive your product, but the wait is definitely worth it.

What size am I?
Wiink can run a touch on the small side especially in our Tops Bikinis and Bottoms.

How quickly will my order ship?
For all in-stock items shipping within the SPAIN we typically fulfill your order within 48/72 hours. We ship Monday—Friday. This means 2-3 days for transit time to anywhere in the SPAIN. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

For all in-stock items international shipping within the EU which typically takes up to 5/7 business days.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for all in-stock items international shipping within the EU which typically takes up to 2/3 or  5/6 business days. We are different Options

2) For countries like America, Australia, New Caldonia ... the shipping cost is from €24.00, which typically takes up to 4/5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.


Do you accept returns + exchanges?
Here are some of Wiink's rules for returning or exchanging merchandise:

- Must be within 30 days of purchase
- Product has not been worn / worked out in or washed
- Tags are attached and product is repackaged in original bag
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return or exchange an item. --- We suggest you use a trackable method of shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED


IMPORTANT NOTE: we reserve the right to refund at our discretion based on the condition an item is returned. If an item is without tags, without it's polybag, dirty or smelly we will not give you a full refund!


An item I want is out of stock? How can I get notified when more become available?

If you suspect a defect in your order
Wiink stands behind all of her products. If you think a product has a workmanship or material flaw within 10 days of purchase, please email a photo to info@wiinkbcn.com and we will take a look. Some things that do NOT fall under manufacturer's defect involve.


I purchased and item yesterday and it went on sale today, can I be refunded the difference?
We are sorry but we cannot offer retroactive discounts.
