If you live in Barcelona, you can pick up your order at our collection point in Sagrada Familia for FREE: Calle Mallorca 480, Local 1, Izone BCN Store, 08013 Monday / Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 17:30 to 19:30
Complete your purchase and then send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or WhatsAPP (+34 648815771) Requesting the collection at the point and we will refund the shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery of the order takes 2/3 business days after delivery of the order (only applies to shipments within the peninsula, shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). We will contact you if there is a delay in the delivery of your order. We allow changes after the order has been placed.
How much will I pay for the delivery service?
We offer different shipping solutions, from PickUP INSTORE, Normal & EXPRESS Shipping.
The shipping cost is not included in the prices of the products. It is calculated once you indicate the destination:
Spain (Peninsula): from € 3.50
Canary Islands (Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria): from 5€ to € 7.00
Shipping is free of charge for orders over € 120 for Spain
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, for all in-stock items international shipping within the EU which typically takes up to 2/3 or 5/6 business days. We are different Options
2) For countries like America, Australia, New Caldonia ... the shipping cost is from €24.00, which typically takes up to 4/5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
What happens when I am not present when the courier makes the delivery?
The first time the courier tries to deliver the order, he tries to call the phone number. Your order will be canceled after another attempted delivery and delivery reimbursed for the total amount paid without including the shipping cost. What do I do if my order does not arrive? If 7 business days have passed and your order has not yet arrived, contact us at email@example.com.
Shipping costs are reimbursed only when Wiink is responsible for the return of the order. (Incorrect product, the product is in poor condition, etc.)
When can you return a product?
If you have BUY a product on Sale or with some Discount Coupons, you CANNOT return it.
If you suspect a defect in your order
Wiink stands behind all of her products. If you think a product has a workmanship or material flaw within 10 days of purchase, please email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take a look. Some things that do NOT fall under manufacturer's defect involve.
What should I do to RETURNS?Go to the Post Office or any shipping company near you (Seur, MRW, DHL, etc.)

- Prepare the package using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition as it was sent, with the labels and unused.

How much time do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 15 business days after receipt of the order. Orders on order cannot be returned.
Do I have to pay something to return my items?
You will bear the costs of returning the product. We will only assume the shipping cost if it is due to problems with the quality of the product or when you received the wrong order.
When and how do I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, a confirmation email is received indicating that the payment has been deposited into your account within a few days. We will send you an email confirming the amount you will receive. Shipping costs are reimbursed only when Wiink is responsible for the return of the order. (Incorrect product, the product is in poor condition, etc.)
Right of withdrawal
According to European Union legislation, customers have 15 business days, orders have the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal of the order. If this is the case, follow the instructions indicated above.
